Her story brings me to tears. Watching her last performances and seeing some of her worst points was so hard to see. Fame burns hot and bright and fizzles out fast.

Almost 60 and just saw Back to Black in the cinema. Didn’t know a lot about Amy Winehouse before, but now I’m a true fan. So talented, wish she could’ve had the happy life she deserved ❤️

People did try to help her unfortunately addiction is something no one else can stop except the person struggling with it. she should never have been left alone to die someone should have been with her at all times. In the end it wasn't drugs that killed her it was alcohol and her eating disorder. Her heart was damaged from all her addictions. It finally just stopped. As a mother of a former addict. nothing could stop him jail, homelessness me begging and pleading, Getting him in treatment several times, feeding him. The rest of the family disowning him. There was always an excuse. Even not being invited to his brothers wedding. He was so hurt my heart broke what wada happy even was not so much for me. Losing custody of his daughter finally did it.. Amy was a lost soul and was not ready to stop. The worst happened i don't believe anyone could have helped her. She was told if she continued with her abuses she would die, thats how powerful addiction is, she didn't want to die. In the end i blame blake i saw an interview where he was whining about being blamed. Rip sweet Amy. So sad and so are thee thousan of souls lost to addiction 😢 i could go on and on but thiss is long enough if you want to help donate to a treatment facility . Sponsor an addict for treatment. She didnt "perform". Dancing beside someone while THEY perform is NOT a Performance. You should've looked up the word "performance" before you titled your video.
